Thermoformed fleece products

Our 2D- or 3D-shaped fleece (felt) products are used as acoustic fillers and car-seat fixation and reinforcement elements. They are essential to automobile manufacturers who accept nothing but top-quality parts for their vehicles. In cooperation with our customers, we develop an optimal combination of the material and production process to meet customer-specific requirements.

Weight: 70–1200 g/m2
Thickness: 0.3–3 mm
Colour: white, grey, black (anthracite)
Special characteristics: water-repellent, oil-repellent
Options: laminated with a polyurethane (PU) foil or other coating, self-adhesive application, integrated wires
